Requirements for registration of documents and materials submitted for the award of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of Science and Innovation for Young Scientists:
These requirements are designed in accordance with the Regulation on the Award of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of Science and Innovation for Young Scientists, approved by Presidential Decree of June 18, 2015 № 312 (hereinafter - Regulations).
2. A person or scientist (scientific, technical) advice, as well as the Council of young scientists and specialists with in accordance with paragraph 11 of the right to nominate the (collective) for the award of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of Science and Innovation for Young Scientists ( hereinafter - the prize of the President), sent to the Council at the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education certified by the organization or a notarized performance, which shall include:
a) surname, name and patronymic (in Latin letters), date and place of birth, place of residence, contact telephone numbers, citizenship, place of employment, position, academic degree (if any), title (if any), the honorary title ( if available), information on publication and patent activity (total number of publications, number of publications in journals indexed in the database Web of Science, Scopus, and the corresponding RISC h-index, number of patents) of the applicant. Age of the applicant should not exceed 35 full years on the date of his nomination. The date is the date of signing the nomination submitted by the person and the prospective applicant (group) or the date of the board meeting, which was held on the nomination of (collective). 3. If in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Regulation put forward a team of applicants (up to three people), in the view specified under paragraph 2 of the present Requirements information about each competitor, for his personal contribution to the overall results of scientific research, development of new equipment and technology, and as information about the presence of each of the applicants awards, prizes and other awards.
4. If the representation signed by the person having the right to nominate the (collective) for the award, in the presentation indicate his name, first name and patronymic, date and place of birth, place of residence, citizenship, place of employment or occupation, Laureate, academic and (or) the honorary title, contact numbers, and accompanied by a copy of the document confirming the existence of the person's right of nomination for the award.
5. If the nominee (group) extends (nominated) scientists (scientific, technical) council, or board of young scientists and specialists, the presentation included minutes (extract from the minutes) meetings of the Council of the decision on the nomination (nominations) for the award, as well as full contact details of the organization and chairman of the board (or the signatory person).
6. The recommended amount of performance - up to 7 pages. 8. Submissions that do not meet the present requirements and provisions will not be accepted. Also, do not accept the submission:
