September 17th, 2015 in Moscow, at the Innovation Center "Skolkovo" will be held the III All-Russia Centers of Common Use meeting. CCU meeting is a meeting of the centers of common use of scientific equipment with different scientific organizations and public authorities on the issues of development of technology services in Russia. This year's gathering will be attended by the organization under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of scientific organizations and institutes of Belarus, Armenia and Kazakhstan.

The meeting will be attended by representatives of more than 200 research institutions and innovative companies:

  • universities, academic and research organizations conducting activities as centers of common use of scientific equipment, as well as service providers of technology services;
  • accredited Technopark "Skolkovo" centers of excellence;
  • ordering the R & D services: innovative companies, the companies participating in the project “Skolkovo”, R & D-divisions of large industrial companies.

The purpose of the CCU meeting: to provide conditions for development of the market, R & D and services, formed around centers of common use of scientific equipment, research and scientific organizations, as well as to develop their networking.

In the framework of a meeting is planned to discuss the following issues:

  • development of innovation infrastructure of the Russian Federation;
  • the formation of a business-oriented competence for commercialization CCU;
  • a new regulatory framework governing the activities of MSC;
  • creating industry-standard R & D services, the development of the classifier scientific equipment;
  • development of competition in the field of R & D services, and services to ensure transparency and openness of data;
  • reduction of administrative barriers;
  • improving the efficiency of R & D infrastructure through the instruments of grant funding start-ups in the development of prototypes and testing;
  • international benchmarking successful experience in implementing network projects for the development of R & D services;
  • promotion of services CCU through interaction with industrial partners and clusters;
  • development of R & D infrastructure: territorial aspect.
